the staff was attentive. the rooftop bar offered nice views, we loved it. the hotel is easily accessible from the ferry terminal near the rialto bridge.

i found the location very convenient and right in the heart of things, yet not too noisy. the lobby, room, and breakfast space were all nice. breakfast was fresh i think, varied enough, and i enjoyed it. i found the staff very helpful and they was a big plus.
i did woke up with lots of mosquito bites, and i not opened the windows. the bathroom was not the best.

The bathroom wasn't great, the shower design allowed water to flood the entire room each time i used it. also, i found it odd that we only received one key for the room. i had to leave it at reception whenever i left the hotel. It was just inconvenient. it would have been better to have a second key.

i found the location to be excellent near the rialto bridge ferry terminal it offered convenient access from the central station by ferry. the front desk staff spoke clear english , made communication very easy. i appreciated how polite the staff were some hotels provide explanations with an attitude but this hotel remained courteous. i was able to quickly return to the hotel to use the facilities.
there was some noise until around 11 pm due to a nearby restaurant it was slightly disruptive. i was still very comfortable. it would not prevent me from returning.

the bathroom was not the best. the open shower meant the room flooded with water whenever i used it. also, i only had one key for our room. i had to give it to reception every time i left the hotel.

The rooftop terrace included blankets for cooler evenings. I suppose that was fine.
I found only one room key, and I had to leave it at reception each time I left. The shower also lacked proper enclosure. Each shower resulted in a flooded bathroom. I woke up covered in mosquito bites, despite the windows staying closed, which suggests they have some sort of mosquito farm operating inside.

The room felt smaller than the pictures suggested. It was called a suite, yet the beds consumed most of the floor space was good. Washcloths were absent from the bathroom.
